These
Terms
and conditions are applicable for all transactions and
communications between Stefan Dietz / coyotetrips.com,
and his
customers.
§
1 Currency
Prices
are
shown in US-Dollars or Euros. Prices are subject to
change. We
generally bill the shipping costs to the customer as
shown in the
webshop. On
occasion a charge must be revised due to special
packaging or
destination, in which case the customer will be notified
prior to
shipping.
Through
PayPal we accept payments in US-Dollar, Euro, and
GB-Pounds. Other
currencies will be converted by PayPal at the current
exchange rate.
§
2 Payment
Payments
are
accepted by PayPal online, and by cash or credit card
for in-person
pickup.
Payment
by
credit card online: VISA, Mastercard, American Express
and Discover
are
accepted in most cases through PayPal.
We reserve the
right to ship only to the credit card billing address.
We
do
NOT accept checks for payment.
As
conditions
of any sale the customer agrees to pay shipment costs,
and
if
applicable, all "shipper penalties for incorrect or
incomplete
address". If shipper penalties are charged, complete
documentation will
be provided upon request. Please be sure PayPal lists a
complete and
correct delivery address, including unit number.
§
3 Shipping,
Delivery
All
items
ship from Oregon, USA, but we reserve the right to ship
items
from other US locations and other countries.
We
ship
by USPS. Expedited shipping via USPS is possible upon
request, and
the
customer pays for expediting fees. Customer can also
have their
prefered carrier pick up the shipment at our location.
Delivery
is limited to stock on-hand. If an item is not in stock
we will attempt
to notify the customer with the contact information he
or she provided
(email or
phone).
We
usually
ship only twice a week, Tuesday and Friday. For
time-sensitive
deliveries it is recommended that the customer contacts
us for
confirmation by
email or telephone.
Shipping
to
Europe and Asia usually takes 10-14 business days, but
in rare cases
it can
take up to 4 weeks.
We
always
try our best to get orders out ASAP.
Customers
outside
the USA pay for all custom and importation fees in their
country, if applicable. In 99% of the cases dashboards
go through
customs without fees.
§
4 Return
& Exchange Policy
Returns
and
exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery and
must be
pre-authorized by emailing shop @ coyotetrips.com for
confirmation.
Returns sent without authorization will be refused. All
returns are
subject to a 10% restock fee. Items must be returned in
original
condition, and must be saleable as new. Restock fee is
assessed by the
Returns Manager upon inspection and may be waived when
store credit is
taken (instead of a refund). Used, installed, blemished,
incomplete
items will not be accepted for return. Shipping costs
can not be
refunded.
Items
made
or modified to customer specifications may not be
returned under
any circumstances.
§
5 Warranty
We
(coyotetrips.com)
warrant our own products to be free from defects in
materials and workmanship for six months from the date
of purchase.
Coyotetrips.com will, at its sole option, repair or
replace any
components which fail in normal use. Such repairs or
replacements will
be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labor.
The customer
is responsible for any transportation costs. The
warranty does not
cover failures due to abuse, misuse, accident, or extend
to items
subjected to unauthorized alteration or repairs. For
third party
products we will
provide the original warranty of the manufacturer (or at
least 6
Months). We are not responsible for consequential
damages.
For
warranty replacement please contact us at shop @
coyotetrips.com to
obtain return authorization. Returns sent without
authorization will be
refused.
§
6 Damages
Other
than
as required under consumer protection law, under no
circumstance
will coyotetrips.com be liable for any loss or damage,
including that
caused by reliance on information obtained through the
website. It is
the responsibility of the customer to evaluate the
accuracy and
completeness of any content provided by coyotetrips.com.
The customer
accepts all responsibility in evaluating his or her
ability to safely
and securely install any item.
§
7 Item photos
Items
shown
in images on the website might in some cases vary from
the actual
delivered item. For actual shape and look of the items
refer to the
item description.
All photos and images on this website are copyrighted
material and all
rights are reserved.
§
8 Privacy
Statement
We
will
electronically store customer email and other contact
information
for the sole purpose of internl use. We will never
release or sell
customer information to third parties. We will
send emails
as needed to process customer purchases. We reserve the
right to send
further product information by email, but no more than
twice per year.
§
9 Closing
statement
If
one
or more of the above statements are not, or no longer,
according to
the US business laws, the remaining statements stay
active.
